Personalized customer price lists

Each agent can set the price of each single product for each of his customers, directly from the frontend. Otherwise, the standard list price will be applied.

When you have finished adding products to your cart, you can open it to apply any promotional codes or increase the number of products. If you perform one or more of these operations, you will need to press Update cart and then you can press Complete order.
In the checkout phase, the fields are pre-filled only if customer data has been entered during registration and modification. If they are not filled in, it is necessary to do so and fill in at least those marked with an asterisk. Finally, you can choose a payment method and press Place order.

Orders and Commission calculation

From the menu, by clicking on Orders it is possible to check the status of these. Immediately after making one, the status will be in progress and the commission field will be empty. To check the details of an order, you can click on it.
Once you have clicked on it to see its details, look for Order Actions, click on Choose an action, and from here you can carry out the listed operations, if necessary. Once you have selected one, press Update.
When an order is actually completed, you can change its status. From the list of all orders, select one by ticking the box to its left. Then look for Group Actions (this may be at the bottom depending on the device you are using). Then press the button and choose Change the status to “completed” and press Apply. It is now possible to view the commission amount in the order list, in the relative field, or by entering the order details and finding it under the Commission heading.
If you still can’t see it, you need to press the Update button under the Commission item in the order details.

You can see all your commissions from the menu in the dashboard by pressing the Commissions button.

Custom Commissions per Agent

The Site Administrator can manually enter the commission percentage that the agent will earn on his customers’ orders. Orders can be entered by the agent in the name of the customer or directly by the customer himself. Each agent can have a different commission rate.

Commission statuses

When a commission is generated for an agent, i.e. when an order has been marked as “Completed” by an administrator, the latter can manage the phases of a commission at will. There are 3 statuses: Paid, Pending, Cancelled. Commission changes will also be visible to the relevant agent. Canceled commissions will not be present in the report.

Unique agent/customer link

During account creation, each customer can be linked to a reference agent. From that moment, the agent will be able to personalize the prices for the customer and earn commissions on the purchases of that specific user.

Ability to hide prices from logged in users

With a simple check, you can choose whether to leave the public e-commerce – continuing the sale to the general public online – or hide the prices and disable the purchase for non-logged in users: in this way the ecommerce would become a platform reserved only for sales through the network of agents.
